Our warranty covers the cost of setting repairs for 1-year, depending on the damage. After this period, repair costs will be the customer's responsibility. Each ring is thoroughly inspected to determine the cause of the damage and whether it falls under our warranty. If we find that the damage is due to manufacturing issues, we will gladly cover the repair costs. However, if the damage is caused by the wearer, we will still repair the ring, but the cost may not be covered by the warranty.

We proudly back the quality of our pieces. Belora provides a complimentary 1-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty covers any quality issues stemming from manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and broken soft chains. In the first year after purchase, Belora will address any manufacturing or quality-related issues at no cost to you.

Your first ring resize is complimentary, including shipping. Any additional resizes are $50 + shipping.
Be sure to check your ring size to ensure that you are getting the correct fit for your piece! Resizes for fine jewelry are not included under warranty. For plain or half eternity bands, a resize costs $50 + shipping. For eternity bands, please contact sales@mybelora.com.

If you need to send your item back to us for resizing, repair, or cleaning, we are happy to provide an insured shipping label if needed. Cost may vary depending on the value of the item.
